Due to the nature of food products and for food safety reasons, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shokuya.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
