Founded in 1939, Oyama Seicha is a fourth-generation tea producer based in Kumamoto. Today, the company is run by just four family members. They produce in small batches and oversee everything in-house, from planting and harvesting to processing the finished tea leaves.

Okumidori is a rare cultivar known for its vivid green color and mellow umami. Sourced from the Oyama family’s own tea fields, shade-grown, and picked at peak freshness, it delivers a smooth and sweet taste with almost no bitterness.
