Oyama Seicha matcha is made from a single cultivar, Okumidori, that the company grows. Shade-grown tea leaves, rich in chlorophyll, give the matcha its vivid green color. Smooth and easy, it can be enjoyed on its own in a traditional tea bowl or blended into a matcha latte or dessert.
