Founded in 1921, Kaneyoshi is a fourth-generation soy sauce brewery in the countryside of Fukuoka. Made with pesticide-free soybeans and wheat, this soy sauce is aged for two years in traditional kioke, cedar barrels, where microorganisms produce layers of depth and flavor. Perfect for vegetables, fish, and meat, from simmering to finishing and dipping.

Made with 100% Saga Prefecture-grown Fukuyutaka soybeans (pesticide-free during cultivation), Kumamoto Prefecture-grown Chikugoizumi wheat (pesticide-free during cultivation), and Australian sun-dried salt (locally organic certified).

What's Special

This rich soy sauce, made by pressing naturally brewed mash and then heat-treating it, retains its flavor even when diluted with broth, and just a small amount provides a delicious taste and a harmonious, fragrant aroma that doesn't get lost in the broth.

Serving and Use

With a rich taste and aroma characteristic of authentic soy sauce, it enhances the natural flavors of ingredients without overpowering them when used as a dipping sauce, in cooking, soups, or Japanese dishes, resulting in an elegant finish.
