These almonds are coated with a special Matsuai shoyu made from marudaizu, whole soybeans, and wheat grown in Kumamoto without pesticides or chemical fertilizers during cultivation. The soy sauce is aged for over five years, giving the almonds an addictive, rich, and bold flavor.
