Founded in 1827, Matsuai is a shoyu and miso brewery that has spent two centuries perfecting their soy sauce. These almonds are coated with a special Matsuai marudaizu shoyu that has been aged for at least five years, giving the almonds an addictive, rich, and bold flavor.

They are made from whole soybeans and wheat grown in Kumamoto without pesticides or chemical fertilizers during cultivation.
