Founded in 1939, Oyama Seicha is a fourth-generation tea producer based in Kumamoto. Today, the company is run by just four family members. They produce in small batches and oversee everything in-house, from planting and harvesting to processing the finished tea leaves.

Yabukita, Japan’s most widely grown tea cultivar, defines the classic taste of sencha with its balanced aroma, umami, and gentle astringency. Sourced from the Oyama family’s own tea fields and processed at peak freshness, it shows a bright green color and a clean, refreshing aroma.
